Which Cathe workout is your nemesis?

Lets see:
The lunges in Power Hour
Crazy Eights in general
Interval 8 in IMax
Interval 8, 9 in IMax 2
 
The power sizzors in IMAX, those step tap things in IMAX 2 (Interval no 6 I think) and I haven't yet done the third section of Rhythmic Step.

I have to agree with Anna. There is something about floor work, seeing Cathe without a step in front, of her that freaks me out. I just can't do it right. I dread any of the kickboxing. I would rather do IMAX twice instead of CTX kickbox.

I think Body Max, just because of the length of the tape!

Also, MIC scares me, because the last few times I had done it, I got severe cramping, and I am scared to try it again!

Leaner Legs is also topping my list, just because I try for 100% on every exercise, and my legs really end up feeling it!

The Bootcamp terminators are very tough! EEK!

The step part of MIC!!!!! It kills me because a lot of people say it's easy compared to the hi/lo portion. I totally dig the hi/lo but my thighs just burn and burn with the step portion. Ouch!
