walking lunges

Hi everyone,

I have a question, i know it been asks already but i need to know how you proform walking lunges.

OK. If I forget something, then someone correct me. Make sure you step far enough ahead to avoid your knee going past your toes. Take your time because you want to PLACE your foot down. You want to push your body weight upwards with the heel of the outstretched foot.
