Okay, I figured out the problem. Your link ends with .jpg, so the forum software thinks you're trying to embed an image, rather than post a link. If I right-clicked on the little red x, went to properties and copied the link, I was able to paste it in my browser and get to the voting page. I just need to figure out how to "trick" the forums into thinking it's not a picture...
