Hi Cathe! I have been reading your forums ever since I discovered your videos (1-1/2 yr), & this is my 1st post. Your videos are THE best, but you've heard all this before! I am one of those who has limited time; I get up @ 4:30 a.m. to work out. I have a Nordic track that I use for cardio variety since it is dark when I have time to exercise, but I really prefer your videos more 'cause they're just fun! I request your suggestions for a rotation with the tapes listed below and am also including the amount of time to w/o per day:
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 1 hr., 15 min.
Tuesdays, Thursdays: 1 hr., 45 min.
Saturdays: 1 hr.
Sundays: off
Tapes: Mega Step Blast, PowerMax, StepWorks (my fav cardio!), MIS, PS series, Body Max, Interval Max
