Triset body parts

Please consider a triset strength workout, with at least two separate routines for each body part (6 exercises per part). Each set could be between 12-15 reps, no faster than a 2/2 count, and each routine could be repeated three times. One routine could focus on push moves and the other on pull moves, or incorporate other toning exercises such as the medicine ball. The premix combos could break the workout into one run through the triset or two, for time crunced workouts. Please include floor and standing legs sections. Can you tell I love the Pure Strength series?

I'm glad you are coming out with new tapes/DVDs, I/m sure they will be great.:D
