trimmer thighs..

i have had my new bike about a week and half... I use it quite a bit .. maybe 8- 10 miles a day ....... i ride at a comfortable pace ... a little elvated breath.....(and i apply my pilates principals to working the abs while i ride too!)

i see my legs are looking better... the muscle that runs from the hip to knee looks trimmer, more defined from the other muscles.

i dont know if its because i upped my fat burning by adding a low intensity cardio ... or i am working the thighs with high repetitions..
probably both.

but i am pleased..
 
That's great, Cinza. Isn't it nice to see those changes? I'm contemplating getting a recumbent bike (so I can double task and watch TV or correct papers while I "ride") and posts like these are helping push me in that direction!
 
did i say I LOVE my new bike...its such a pleasure and feels like such a good thing to do for every reason..
(except some one nearly ran me over last week..)
