Hi ladies. Today I thought I would try a step workout. It has been ages. Well I pulled out Step Moves. I really enjoyed it, but I was lacking in endurance and couldn't finish it. And now my hip is bothering me. Didn't feel bad as I did the DVD, but I guess it still irritated it. I swear, I'm in one of those moods lately where I just want to throw in the towel. I have the why bothers. Eating has been Ok(no sweet cravings), but weight is going up. Workouts are suffering and I wonder why I even do this. Running was just starting to feel good and now that's on hold due to the hip. Sorry to vent. Need to crawl off and try and find my happy place,
