I have a weight lifting course for school. You have certain goals you have to set and do by the end of the course (higher weight, increase reps). You also have to meet the military's fitness chart for sit ups and push ups. I was one of the only people in the class who could meet the push up goal without taking any rests. I felt like I could have done more. The person who was in charge of counting my reps said "wow that looked like it was so easy for you" :)
 
Awesome!!!!! Make sure you let us know how you did when the class is over!:)

Thanks to Cathe I can DO "big girl" push ups. I did them on my knees for ever and NEVER thought I'd be able to take them to my toes before finding Cathe!
