Good Afternoon!
Really busy day today. Last day of Week 6! Did 4 ladders, 3 rungs of Clean & Press (25#) and
Pullups:
Ladder 1: 1; 1&3/4; and 2 & 3/4-1
Ladder 2: 1; 1&3/4-1; and 1 and 2@3/4-1
Ladder 3: 1; 1&3/4; 2@3/4-1 and 1/2
Ladder 4: 3/4-1; 1&3/4; and 1 and 2@1/2
Then I did swings. I was supposed to do 6 minutes of 25 reps with 5 seconds rest. I did 7 cycles but was only able to do 5 minutes. I did manage to do all with only the 5 seconds rest which I've never done before.
My endurance and strength have definitely improved with kettlebells but I'm not happy with my weight or measurements. I know I need to add back more cardio but I just don't seem to have the time. Except I'll probably make up all the cardio I missed this week tomorrow since I'm going to a dance "road trip" so I'll be dancing from 10-7 with a couple of breaks.
