SUGGESTIONS PLEASE?

I have purchased AfterBurn, Tri-sets, slide and glide, gym style back shoulders triceps, muscle max, core max, butts and guts, and athletic training. I have now idea how to sequence these so im not over training.....can you help me get a calender going with the dvds I have?

How much time each day do you want to work out? (basically what are your time limitations, and what kind of shape are you in- you don't want to jump in to hour long workouts 6 days a week if you haven't worked out at all in a year)

How many days per week ?

What are your short term goals for your workouts? ( a month or two)

Do you do other exercise besides Cathe DVDs each week ( run, swim, bike, etc) ? How often?
