Hey everyone!
I'm doing the 6mo. rotation. Should I still do an active recovery rest period once every four weeks or wait until I'm done with the entire cycle after eight weeks? Any feed back would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
I believe its been said many times that on the 6 months rotation you have to have your rest after 8 weeks. But I am doing a 3 months rotation currently so I'll have my rest after the 4 weeks.
