Speaking of rupturing a muscle

The other day I did PUB with the weights that Cathe uses and while doing the bicep curls with the 15's, I really felt like my muscle was going to go "sproing!" just like you see the wire cords on bridges snap in the movies. I made it through...but YOWZA!!!!! As you can see from my picture trail...I don't have the largest biceps.
 
You WILL have awesome biceps if you keep using Cathe's weights!
I can use the 15s...I have used 20s, but got a little too sore from that weight.
There is "good" sproing and "bad" sproing...
(Bad sproing could mean surgery:eek: )

Oh, a "beast"...does that mean you can see my facial hair in my pictures? I thought I got it all off...:)
