<---apologizes for being MIA from OAL lately
<---has been having a hard time getting back into workouts and forums since vacation
<---always feels blue this time of year, when the birds are no longer singing, the evenings are getting cooler and the kids are getting ready to go back to school
<---would prefer to have it be June forever
<---would then be able to eat birthday cake all the time!

<--- loves this time of year because fall is coming and fall is <---'s fave season EVER
<--- is supremely tarred this morning after a crappy night's sleep

<--loves to see the leaves change in the fall along with pumpkins on front porches

<--had to watch the womens volleyball tournamate last night
<--then watched trampoline and some mens gymnastics
<--just couldn't stop watching:eek::mad:
<--really needs to just turn the TV off so<--can get her sleep in
<--will be doing some cardio today...dogwalk(hopefully if her leg is ok this am) and a run interval on the treadmill
<--must get DD up for school
<--no word on the hospital job yet....

<--thinks autumn in nice too but summer is <--'s favorite
<--gets tired of people saying summer is over just because the buses have started to come and pick up the nosepicking mutants
<--is saddened to see the Hallmark stores filled with Halloween and Christmas tschatke
<--doesn't know if tschatke was spelled right but hopes yous get the jist
<--got to work 6:30 am and feels happy
<--may have to switch to evening cardio again

<--doesn't want to ponder what was going through Amelia's mind watching men bouncing on trampolines ;):p

<-- had a bootcamp instructor meeting Sunday but today they texted the other instructor and told him to tell <-- that we now have to alternate days teaching since the enrollment is low
<-- thinks they really should have told <-- to <--'s face that they were cutting <--'s income by 60% since <-- was there 2 days ago
<-- called the boss and told her that
<-- has to find a second job soon since that bootcamp class is it right now
<-- is LOL at Gracie as she shoots around the house with her crackle ball and she's galloping after it, the little cutie ;)

<-- is perched on the folding chair, btw, next to George sprawled out on the computer chair

<-- says they told us we needed more peeps or we'd have to scale back on Sunday, but then
<-- only had one day to tell people we needed more participants and it's mid-4-week session so they knew they were going to scale us back on Sunday but were apparently too chicken to mention it to us
<-- does want to go start <-- own bootcamp but <-- just can't figure out where
<-- knows they pay rent to the city for the park
<-- just wishes they would be waaay smarter about their costs before they hit us with this
<-- am going to go for a long run and hopefully be in a less tantrum-y mood when <-- am done!! :p
