SNM--can't get to user cp

I don't know if this is the right forum, but figured I'd give it a try--for some reason I'm getting a pop up that says to find the right explorer program to open or download the file. That's a bit beyond my techno-knowledge.

Hi Laura Not SNM here, but I have some trouble as well, I'm trying to edit my signature and it keeps telling me.
"cannot be longer than 500 characters excluding BB code markup".
And the only thing is I want to change the number, from 3 to 2 and I can't.

So please someone help how can I fix this?

Trying to get to my profile. When I click on my name at the upper right section of the screen, I'm getting that pop up. First time I've seen it.

I just noticed that too.
