Slim Fast Optima?

Has anyone tried this? Is it good?

I know SlimFast isn't the greatest for you but this is lower sugar. I thought it might help me with portion control and add fruits/veggies to my diet.

Hi! I use this quite a bit...I think it tastes great...I drink the chocolate flavored one.

I drink the creamy milk chocolate one and it tastes great and I have lost three pounds so far, But I can also give credit to stop eating junk food and candy LOL and exercising twice a week hoping to add more days to my workout week soon.
Tried the Strawberries and cream one and it left a nasty after taste and gave the rest of the pack away.

Instead of Slim Fast, check out the Go Lean shakes. I think they're healthier. I used them for the first month that I was trying to lose some weight.
