Oh my gosh, I am so frustrated!!! I hope you don't mind if I let off steam.
Six months ago I ordered a bundle of dvd's from CK Sales including PUB/PLB, PP/SS, HSTA, BC/ME and the Gym Styles. I don't know about you guys, but when I make the decision to order dvd's I want them as soon as possible.
As I live in the UK I expect to wait a little longer for my dvd's but...6 MONTHS!
During this time I contacted costumer services several times to see what was going on. Nobody could tell me anything and they suggested I contact Costoms and the Royal Mail (surely they should have done this!). I did both of these and they claimed they didn't have my package.
By the time CK Sales finally sent me out a replacement package BC/ME was out of stock. I had to wait another month for that.
It has arrived today. Guess what...........it doesn't play!!!!!!
I think I need to do Kick Punch and Crunch! x(
