My first post on here, even though I'm a Cathelete since 1988! I need some direction and help as to the best type of shoes for these high impact (even the low impact versions) on my 58 year old feet. As we get older, those natural on our feet start to deflate!! There are so many different types and even if you can't recommend a brand (even though I see that "the gang" uses Nike on the newer workouts), can you tell me if you recommend the cross training; cross fit, etc. variety?
