I'm determined to get these 1RM done - but I can't figure this out, and google just has CatheNation links. (It's in Disc 1) Seated rear flys I get, but where does the band fit in?
Seated Rear Flys into Band Pulls are actually two different exercises. This is a superset that you first begin by doing Seated Rear Flys (aka: Seated Rear Delts) and then with very little rest move on to Band Pulls. You only need to do a 1RM test for Seated Rear Flys.
