I agree! I'd love another S&H workout to add in a longer rotation with the first. I'm one of those people that just have better results with slower, heavier training.

OOOOH! Like Cathe says in the tape--"maybe next time we'll work the negative." Slow going down instead of up! OOOOHHH! I can feel the burn already. OWIE!
 
Actually you could work the negative using your current S&H. All you have to do is change your starting position., i.e. for bicep curl, instead of starting at the bottom, position your hand at the top. Viola! You are working the negatives using the same count as Cathe... and the same tape!
 
Me too! I'd buy this sight unseen. I adore S&H. I'd love to see this with new music and maybe with a different sequence of body parts.
