What are good substitutions for RW/H Lower Body Circuit, Lift it Hiit it Legs, Lift it Hiit Chest, Lift it Hiit it Back? I want to do the January Rotation but cant afford the series right now. I have most of Cathe's DVDs.
Any suggestions would be great!!!
Closest in feel for me would be STS Plyo legs for Legs, Cardio Leg Blast for LB Circuit, and maybe Gym Styles for the Chest and Back workouts. Others may have much better ideas, though!

Seconding Justine's suggestions. If you have the HiiT Dvd from an earlier series release, you are set to make great substitutions! Burn Sets makes an excellent additional alternative for variety.
