Push/Pull

Cathe if one of your new videos will be the Push/Pull can you make it longer say 75 to 90 min., adding a tough floorwork at the end and a nice long stretch. Please do not excludes squats, lunges, step-ups and add new moves for the lowerbody, same goes for the upper body, add new and old moves using heavy weights. I really want another strength training video (Slow and Heavy is the only one for serious weightlifting), got plenty of endurance tapes to keep me busy for a while, hope that Push/Pull will be filmed this summer.

I have already put my suggestion for a tough circuit training kickboxing workout using a heavy bag.
