Good morning,

Nice weekend, no snow and warmer temps. Pretty soon it will be February and spring is around the corner. No workout yesterday, I took a rest day.

Valerie, sounds like you have really turned the corner with your knee. :). Should I keep the Amaryllis out when it dies off, or cut it back and put it in a dark place? Where you are you can put it outside after it flowers, I don't think I want to do that here. :). That WW calculator sounds like it makes things easier to figure out, and good that it can be used without having to go to a computer.

Diane Sue, thanks for the info on Paleo vs Wild. I can understand your reluctance to make desserts...I am the same way. If they are there, I will eat them!

Hi to Lynda, Lori, Judy & Josie,

Hope everyone is having a great weekend,

A workout, ( I am going back to the first ICE rotation,) then HouseMax for me....

Take care,

Good morning ladies!

No workout yesterday. I drove the CT with my Son's GF's mom. Once we got there we stayed for a bit and we all decided to go to Mohegan Sun for lunch and a little afternoon fun. We had a great time and stayed longer than expected. After the almost 2 hour drive home I was to tired to workout. Plus I was feeling blah after being around so much smoke. I know they have a great ventilation system but you still are breathing in some. Can't be avoided.

Diane Sue...thanks for the info on the wild diet. I am intrigued and will look it up. Last spring a few of my coworkers including me did the 21 day fix and received good resluts. I too bought her most recent cookbook and thought it was just ok. I love Shaun T. I have a few of his programs but have only actually did one of the rotations with T25. You get in some great workout!

Judy...good to know that the Live TTM seems harder than the DVD. I thought the same thing when previewing it. I plan to do an upper weight workout and will follow up with this one. I never got in the last week of the rotation before going rouge. lol!

Deb...great job with the MM. I am loving this Winter!!! I tried mountain climbers using my step and I still no not like them. I just do not enjoy them at all. Funny how what is good for one is not for another!

Valerie, we do not go to many movies either. We try but just never get there! Good to know about the calculator. Fantastic news with your knee! Therapy seems to be working great for you.

Errands today then trying again to replace the kitchen faucet.

Hi to Lynda and Josie!

Deb I don't know your climate. I put amaryllis outside here in march to april depending on weather and leave it outside until late oct- early November. I keep it next to the house so it doesn't get overly wet. I have 8 bulbs in a huge pot. I let it go dry before I bring it in (fall) and whack off the leaves. stow it in a dark place for about 3 months. I pull it out when it starts sprouting in late January. enjoy the flowers. then repeat. I don't know how well it holds up to freezing. those are dates it would not freeze here. you should be able to put it outside if freezing isn't a risk. or let it live as a houseplant. it will need about 3 months of darkness to be dormant. native to south Africa.

I was not using normal ROM and muscle involvement with my knee for a long time. I need to re-learn the right way and develop muscle memory. I'm afraid to do anything "too advanced " because I might get distracted, sloppy, and start doing things improperly again. I'm keeping away from leg work that's too distracting, if that makes sense. so I'm getting plenty of leg work but more simple moves most with body weight or maybe 10 lb dumbbell.

the WW calculator is limited to calculating smart points. it does that easily. I don't think it would be useful unless you are doing WW or following a similar points program. you fill in calories, sat fat, sugars, and protein and it gives "smart points", and then adds them to your daily total which it keeps track of for the day. so you need to know your target points, mine are 30. it was only $10 and is easy for me to keep in the kitchen.

I NEED this therapy to work. I don't want to have surgery. I'm optimistic..... he ordered a brace for me, be here in 2 weeks. should help keep me on track hiking and riding.

2nd hand smoke exposure makes you feel like garbage. I'd have to wash everything I wore. I never go places where smoking is allowed..... not too many places like that anymore.

I still make some desserts but DH eats almost all of them. he's on his 5th pumpkin pie and I've had maybe 1 slice. I keep ice cream & sorbet around because I can be happy with a tablespoon occasionally. not too damaging. better than feeling deprived,

Hi everyone--

This morning I did CLB with core 2 (61:43).

We had a great time at the dinner party last night, and not too intimidating. Boeuf bourguignon that was so tender and little potatoes and glazed carrots. A great dessert from one of Darrah's cookbooks. She says it is very easy so I will try to get the recipe--a very crunchy bar and with ice cream and homemade chocolate sauce.

I'm with you on this weather, Lori. It is so mild it feels like spring. Knock on wood we don't get a blizzard for being so cheery about February. Is it because it's on a reservation that Mohegan Sun can allow smoking? It's so hard to believe how smoking was allowed everywhere when I was young, and now it's against the law.

Diane Sue, it sounds like you enjoy experimenting with diets. Like Valerie, my DH eats most of the desserts I make. I am making a Milky Way bar cake for Superbowl Sunday, and I will have a sliver but watch it disappear over the following week. I don't crave sweets the way I did when I was younger so it's not a hardship for me.

Looking forward to DA and recording the GW tonight.

Lynda, funny you should mention smoking prevalence! when Lori said that about the casino... same way here, tribal businesses can do whatever they want. I remember they used to have special smoking sections in movie theaters.. ... can't imagine anymore. fighting to get a non smoking room in a hotel or into the "smoke free" sections in restaurants . while clouds of smoke were billowing from the rest of the place.

Lori congrats on the faucet!! hope you got one with a nice pull out section.

Good morning,

Yesterday I did ICE Rock'm Sock'm, a shorter premix. I used Cathe's weighted gloves, and still did not really feel like I was working that hard. I guess Kickbox is not my thing. Maybe I have to do the longer workout.

Lori, Yay for the faucet being done! :). What is CT? Assume somewhere with a casino. I thought the casino's had No Smoking rooms. I have not been in one for years, and never in any of the local ones. Vegas and Reno were the only ones I have been in. At that time, they were all smoking, all the time...ugh. I would feel it too. Had to LOL on what your iPad etc did with this statement... " rotation before going rouge" I must have read it 5 times scratching my head. I don't enjoy mountain climbers....nope, not at all, just can only do them if my arms are elevated on a step etc. Otherwise I would do about 3 and collapse!

Valerie, March & April is still freezing here....maybe May but even then we could get frost overnight. I guess I will leave them in the house until the flowers die, cut them back, then put in the basement after a bit. How long should I leave them before putting away? I agree, you would want to avoid surgery if you can, and I think you are on the right track. Some people would not be so diligent with the PT and would end up getting the surgery.

Lynda, I saw that Grantchester Season 1 is available on Acorn. I think you would really like that program. It was extended for a second season on PBS....I think starting in March. I will watch DA and TGW tonight. Would love to see that recipe that you had. It sounds delicious.

Hi to Diane Sue, Judy, & Josie,

A workout, then errands, maybe work for my cousin for a few hours, then class tonight,

Take care,

Hi everyone--

This morning I did both Sweat workouts (46:05).

Lori, it took me awhile to figure out going rogue as well. Congratulations on getting in the new faucet. Is that everything now for your kitchen?

Deb, I tried Grantchester for a couple episodes but couldn't really get into it. I get a good workout with RS especially with some of the leg workouts and that one where you pound down. CT is for Connecticut I think--where the Mohegan Sun is.

The people who had the dinner party showed up yesterday and visited the pigs back in the woods (no snow and pretty dry) and then bought almost $500 in various meats. DH was very pleased.

Valerie, I remember those smoking loges in movie theaters as well. Ugh!

ttfn

Today was Hammer Power. I raised my weight on this today. Had a great workout. 38 minutes, 226 calories. I then did Ripped with Hiit Low Impact 2 with abs 1 and stretch , 40 minutes, 285 calories. Total time was 78 minutes and calories burned 511. I got my replacement Ripped with Hiit low impact dvd Saturday so wanted to be sure it was working okay. It took awhile because somehow we had a mix up and they thought I needed a case for the series. I did receive a case but she said it was on the list before she corrected the error and was sent out. I am so happy that they replaced it for me. This is the last 3 days of week 6 on Hammer and Chisel. The time has went pretty fast two more weeks left.
Instead of the 10's for light. 12's medium, and 15 heavy like last time I did 12's light, 15's medium, and 20's heavy. I was really sore last time and a bit afraid of the cleans and jerks very heavy. I am getting more comfortable with doing this with dumbbells. It seems I have always done power lifting with the barbell. Anyway, that would not be possible when he gets to the end and you are doing 1 arm clean jerk squat press.

I hate being in places where there is smoking. I avoid it completely. I do remember my husband and I going on a poker run (motorcycles) and one of the stops was a casino. The smoke was terrible and there was no where to get relief other than the parking lot.

Lori, those word correctors can really play some dirty tricks LOL I want new faucets all over my house :)

Good afternoon ladies!

This morning I did both Low Impact Sweat and at lunch we started up with SB's Challenge again. Figured since it has been so long we should start with Day 1. There are 6 of us for this round and perhaps a couple more will join in as time goes on.

So glad finally after 2 attempts was able to get the darn faucet in. First time I needed a special tool that I was not aware of, then when I got the tool I was not able to get the bolts to budge. They have been on for years and years and they were not moving. Finally, third time was a charm after spraying the crap out of the bolts with WD40. My neighbor came over yesterday to check out the kitchen and could not believe the transformation. Funny that he mentioned he recently installed the exacted same backsplash. Here we thought we were being unique!

Lynda...yes because of the reservation smoking is allowed and yes you are correct Mohegan is in Connecticut. They have a smoke free section, but you still smell the smoke. It is like years ago when there was smoking and non smoking sections in restaurants. LOVING THIS WEATHER!! I still have a few more things to do in the kitchen. Molding around the window and door frame where Chester chewed. He was so naughty. He finally has stopped chewing so it is safe to replace. Also the built in china closet. Hoping 3 more weekends and I'll be done.

Valerie...yup you are correct with the tribal businesses. No rules for them. We ended up with a beautiful faucet but not with a pullout. I heard from several people to stay away so after the third person saying this we decided to go with a standard with the sprayer on the side. It is a moen and I would say middle of the road pricing.

Deb..I really thought I was going to have to call a plummer but the VP of Construction at work really hooked me up for success. He is like my brother. Love him. We went to Lowes and he made sure I had everything I needed including a little tool that cost only 10 bucks to cut down the pipes. I was nervous but followed his instructions and once I was able to get the bolt off I was good to go. Never in my dreams did I think I would ever be under the kitchen sink cutting pipes! I always cringe when I see mountain climbers. Hate them with a vengeance.

Diane Sue...I'll say you get some great workouts in. What do you use to measure calories burned? HR monitor? And which one? After almost 6 weeks of H&C, what kind of results are you receiving? I just started a Suzanne Bowen rotation with the ladies at work but I like double workouts so would like to incorporate H&C. Not sure about a rotation. But thinking about it. I just love my Cathe Live so much!

Hi to Josie and Judy!

Yes, smoking loges!. I could not remember the word and was sure it wasn't "lounges". the times when the transition away from allowing smoking everywhere were so hard to predict. Restaurants with smoking and non were always a joke. I hate the smell of smoke and would never use a business that allowed it. especially cigars.

Lori I LOVE pull out faucets... absolutely love them! we have 3 now and I've never had a problem. DH and I put in 2 of them, the third by the people who drilled out the countertop. however, I never had a separate sprayer that worked very long. I didn't want another of those. we have a pull out in the laundry room and two in the kitchen.

we went xc skiing today. 4 hours up and back. oh yes, that is a calorie burn! the snow was nice to start but got wet and heavy as it warmed later. have not skied much in 2 years. last year no snow, this year looks better. for a while there was too much down low but it's melted back so we drove up off the hwy a few miles.

Good morning,

Happy February....2 months until spring ( not officially)...but we can hope for spring weather in April right? Yesterday I did CUB with Icy Core#1. I like this premix a lot, especially since there are no side planks! CUB has some great core moves on its own.

Lynda, I guess I don't put too much into the RS workout...I keep it pretty low impact. That's great that those people bought a lot from your DH. I remember loges in theaters too....like that was really keeping the smoke away from others. LOL. I started watching The Guardian. It' pretty interesting since my friend's daughter who is an attorney is one of these.

Diane Sue, great job on the workouts. That is good that Cathe CS came through with the replacement DVD.

Lori, yay for those bolts finally cooperating! I guess they didn't realize how persistent you are. :). We have had 2 pull out faucets in the kitchen and I like them a lot, no issues. The first was put in when we had the kitchen redone, and lasted 17 years without a problem. John put in the recent replacement. It was a tough job! Cudos to you for taking that on. Great that the Lunch Ladies are back doing workouts.

Valerie, your knee was good for XC skiing? That's great.

Hi to Josie & Judy,

A rest day for me....liking this rotation with only 5 days of workouts. :)

Take care,

After the amaryllis flower stalk is done, it will sent up leaves. maybe even before the flower is done. the plant needs a growing season with sun to re-fuel the bulb. I wouldn't worry about a mild frost. I'd let it grow in front of a window indoors, or outside in a somewhat protected area, like next to the house. they need a full season growing, or the bulb won't survive. sometimes a bulb will get leaves and no flower but most of mine get both. I get a large pot of strappy leaves that grow all summer. I water occasionally, doesn't need fussy care. late fall I let it dry out, the leaves start to die back. I cut off the remnants, stick it in a dark closet, without light or water for about 3 months. when I pull it out in late Jan, the flower sprouts have started. there are other ways to do this, like it you want blooms at a specific time.... just google amaryllis. this schedule this works for me. had this pot of bulbs for 10-15 years. I add a little new potting soil with fertilizer occasionally, but the bulbs need to stick out of the dirt. I have several "xmas" cactus too, and mine always bloom in November. you can adjust the bloom cycle if you kept the plant in bright light later in the season.

xc skiing is a great low impact workout. talk about glute activation!.. so pretty out . I'm not a good enough skier for true "back country" skiing. we find a low use forest service road and ski up and back down. we didn't see one, but there were bobcat tracks all over. they're about the same size but rounder than a coyote track, and no nails showing.

all kinds of things are flowering already... I love that winter is not so dismal here. we want to road ride today if DH does OK at the dentist. we are not done with gray and rain but it feels springy!

Lori that is so gutsy of you to go in there and do the faucet mount. I'm not brave unless DH and I are working together. Our coldframe is almost done. It's a plan we got out of a garden magazine decades ago. uses 2 sheets of plywood, 1x2's, and some hardware. fiberglass cover. we take it outside in pieces, assemble where we want it to stay.

Hi everyone--

This morning I did the Metabolic workout (47:50). This one surprises me with how much of an aerobic workout it is in addition to the weights.

Lori, that sounds like a tough project to master--good for you! We have a pullout faucet in the kitchen DH has replaced once. He does a lot of work on various machines and always talks about how tough it is getting bolts out--either because they are on too tight to begin with or rusty. Praise heaven for WD40! One time when we were living in NYC and he rode a bike back and forth to work, he noticed a woman struggling to change a flat tire. He asked if he could help, she said no, she was quite capable of doing it herself, and he said, "I'm sure you can, but for a start, you might try turning the bolts in the opposite direction, because you are currently tightening them." She accepted his help after that.

Deb, I remember when The Guardian was on TV. A very handsome actor as I recall.

Valerie, XC skiing is definitely a good workout. I don't do it anymore because it bothers one of my knees. We have no snow here anyway, but if we do get a bit, I will definitely be doing some snowshoeing.

Diane Sue, do you have your own motorcycle? Nice to know that Cathe has a good customer service.

Hi to Josie and Judy!

Today's workout was Chisel Balance and 10 Minute Ab Chisel, 51 minutes, 253 calories. I also did Two The Max solid step, core/upper body emphasis, and stretch, 21 minutes, 132 calories. Total time 72 minutes and 385 calories

Garance, we used to have a Harley but sold it after my husband came home from Afghanistan. He had an injury to his arm and even after healing he still has pain. Too many times of being blown up and arm out of socket. It was just too uncomfortable to shift and the way the handlebars were. We used to ride around together on it a lot.

Traildoggie(Valerie ?) I am working n names. Most of our plants freeze here in Oklahoma but, the ground doesn't generally freeze hard enough that I need to dig up my bulbs. I did dig up the canna's but, only because I really don't want them to keep growing at the end of the walkway and drive. There was no planning when the man that used to own our home planted. They drop over into the driveway and spread into the lawn. The same goes for the bamboo I have had to battle coming up in the back. I love bulbs. At my last home I had them planted to bloom all different seasons. Right now my mums and hydrangea are a bit confused. They start growing new shoots and then we have a couple of days icy weather.
I think that is best to work on the knee issue yourself. I had a torn meniscus and underwent surgery. I am not so sure that I couldn't have worked on it and not had the surgery. Most of the pain issue was arthritis and a bakers cyst that was left anyway. I would improve working on my own and then get too anxious to jump into something hard. Even after surgery they gave me an steroid injection at 3 months in when it should have felt better. The surgeon said it would feel so good I could do anything and if it bothered come back and he would give another injection. That sent alarm bells to my head. I was very cautious because I did not want to feel so good I make things worse.

labnick, I was using a Polar HR7 Bluetooth transmitter with the Polar app. It started going crazy with 0 heartrate to 228. I have only had it for 3 months and it has a 2 year warranty. I had to send it to their New York Office. I was really liking it too. I could use my tablet and see my HR gragh throughout the workout. It also tracked for me for the week reports and online. It seemed accurate with the calorie burn. I have also used it with my Polar FT60 watch at the same time but my watch gives a much lower calorie burn with the same HR. Anyway I have found this to happen a lot. I have other Polar watches and transmitters that go with them but all are even lower for HR. Even about 1/3 of what the workout manager gives and I know they are off. The best one they no longer sell. It is not broke but needs to be sent away for a battery replacement. I tried that myself once with one like that and I messed it up when I put he seal back in.
Okay, here is what I do now. I have an app called calories burned on my android. I used my VO2 max from my FT60 (not required if you don't know) and my weight etc. and it has me enter my average calories burned and length of time spent, then it gives me gross calories burned and net. I refer to the calories on my watch and/or app and make adjustments which is pretty much the same on the app and works with how many calories in and out for me. I know if it is off if I lose too much weight or gain too much. Oh, and I use the net calorie burn not the gross. I hope that all makes sense.

Hi Everyone,

The weather has been so nice here, it felt great to get outside over the weekend. It's starting to get colder now and I think we will be getting some rain or snow tomorrow.

Yesterday I did a 1 hour indoor cycling workout, then ICE Muscle Meltdown Triceps & Icy Core 1. Today I did To The Mat, then Body Beast Build Legs, and I finished with a segment of Ab Hits. TTM is not getting any easier for me. Those Muscle Meltdowns are amazing! Cathe is a genius at creating effective workouts.

This week I'm starting my version of ICE level 2, using indoor cycling for some of the cardio workouts, but doing all of the MMs and Core work from ICE every week, and adding a couple Body Beast workouts in too.

Deb-Great job with the ICE rotation! I'm sure I will go back to that one again. I didn't finish the last week but I will do better the next time.

Lori-Way to go with the faucet installation! Like Valerie, I wouldn't attempt anything like that without DH being here. It sounds like you are getting lots of great workouts in too!

Valerie-Wow! 4 hours of cross country skiing? I bet that was a huge calorie burn! It sounds like you are making good progress with your knee. I agree about second hand smoke. I hate to be anywhere that people are smoking.

Lynda-the first time I flew, planes still had smoking sections in the back. That was the same year that I started my first "real" job and smoking was allowed everywhere, in offices, meetings, all over.

Diane Sue-Great workouts! I have a Garmin FR70 fitness watch that I use with a Wahoo Tickr bluetooth HRM. I've used HRMs for almost 20 years and would be lost without all of my data :) I have logs and spreadsheets and I record all of my workouts, mileage, etc. I used Polar HRMs when I first started then switched to Garmin when they came out with the GPS running watches. I think the Garmin watch is pretty accurate on the calories burned. I've used this site before too:

Good evening ladies!

This morning I did Live Crush It Low Impact...it is very much like Low Impact Sweat 1. I like this Live version as much as the DVD. When not using weights I used 2lb hand weights for the cardio. I then followed up with about 15 minutes of standing abs. At lunch we did the Cathe Upper body band workout I made up.

Seems like there are a lot of likes for pull out faucets! I have a sink in my laundry area that needs redoing at some point. I'll try out a pull out there and see how it goes. I am a pro now at changing faucets!

Valerie...I love xcountry skiing, although I have not been since I was expecting my DS. I was only a few weeks along and did not know it yet. That is how long it has been! Glad your knee is holding up well.

Deb...yeah! Just to think of Spring is awesome. I posted on FB today a memory from a year ago (you know how they pop up) a picture of all the snow we had received by 2/2. Loving we have had hardly any. Rest days are good. :)

Lynda...funny story about that lady. I completely get it though. When I was trying to get that bolt off I kept wondering of I was going the wrong way. Had to keep saying to myself...lefty loosey, righty tighty.

Diane Sue...thanks for the info on the HR monitors and it dos all make sense. I have been using the Polar H7 transmitter also. So far it has been great. I like to see what others use. My X and I had motorcycles and used to ride quite a bit. When I met my current DH I sold my bike. He hated my riding and was always so freaked out while I was doing so. I ended up selling because I knew how much it made him crazy. He never asked me to sell but I just could not do it to him any longer. I still have my license and renew it every 5 years. You never know! I am so sorry of your DH's injuries protecting us. I thank him for his service.

Hi to Judy and Josie!

Good morning & Happy Hump Day!

Yesterday was a rest day for me. Very windy last night and still today..scary wind. We actually went outside to check the fence/yard before letting the dogs out. Did everyone watch the latest episode of Downton? I won't spoil anything but it was really good.

Valerie, thanks, will follow what you said, but keep in the house near the window until it spring is really here. Then put outside for a few months. Do you always take it out in late January? I will have to put it on the calendar, or I will forget it's down in the basement. I would think any type of skiing would be tough on your knees, but it seems like it worked for you.

Lynda, LOL on the story of your DH and the woman with the flat tire. I too feel like the ICe workouts, even the weight ones have a good deal of cardio in them, and I like the mix of these a lot. Bear Crawls and Windmills aside, I think my favorite is the CUB one. I am really hooked on The Guardian.

Diane Sue, tell your husband Thank You for his service. You have bamboo?? we do too...some "smart" person that had our house before thought that it would make a good ground cover for the back side of our house and we have been fighting it for over 30 years! We had the whole bed dug out and soil replaced at one time, and it still came back...:(. Funny you mention multiple Polar parts....I have parts from various HRM's, chest straps, watches, etc, and just keep using them together, whichever ones work best at the time. Now at least the newer ones let you change the batteries yourself, but believe it or not, the one that works the best is my original hard chest strap one that has never had the battery replaced. That VO calculation/method sounds a little confusing for me! :). I will stick with the HRM pieces/parts. LOL.

Judy, great workouts! I think when I am ready to get a new HRM, I may look into the Garmin ones.

Lori, glad the Ladies are back at the workouts...They have no idea how lucky they are to have to as a co-worker.

Hi to Josie,

A workout, and stuff around here....I don't want to go out unless I have to.

Take care,

Too funny about the tire change, Lynda. Tire changes are so much easier with two people anyway. Lori, I learned opposite order..... righty- tighty, leftie- loosie, but not until I was an adult. so useful. we have a high techy looking faucet in our laundry room with a pull out. they were all mid range price wise. maybe Moen.

Deb, the bulbs start sending up shoots about 3 months after they've been dormant, no matter where they are. I forgot one year and could barely drag it out from under the sink ... 18 inch long whitish shoots growing all over. I never forgot again.

I think we're coming up on the last episode of Downton tonight. think there's just one episode left. Edith's issues not "resolved" yet.

4 hours of xc skiing is like 4 hours of hiking. you work hard, but with endurance activities, you slow to a "sustainable" pace. plus, if it's outside you don't want to be dripping -sweaty, you get cold. If the snow had been better quality, I would have been much less tired. it was very heavy, clumpy and gloppy on the way down.
Yesterday went mt biking at our favorite park. we added "loops" to our standard ride for about 8 miles total. we want to get up to 10. such a fun place to ride .most of the trails are intermediate, and part of a state park so not too busy. around 2 1/2 -3 hours with a lunch break. today will be therapy exercises only unless I squeeze in an upper body workout. need groceries or we will starve.

OMG bamboo.... we had a clump of it that looked nice to start out, but got weighted down with snow one year and never picked back up. squashed flat and ugly but still growing. we dug it out with shovels. terrible stuff. one plant came up years later 15 feet from where the original plant was. I used to worry it would come up through our living room floor one day.

Judy so right about airplanes.. I forgot how awful that could be, trapped next to a smoker. so stupid to act like we could divide smoking from non in a closed space like that.

I still have 2 old polar HRM straps that work. they don't have replaceable batteries but work with the elliptical, spin bike, and treadmill. I'm not much for tracking and monitoring except to check my heart rate is high enough.

Diane sue, I've never been on a big motorcycle. I learned how to ride a little on a 50 cc and 90 cc Honda, little bitty bikes. we didn't even wear helmets.... big motorcycles look almost comfortable but I've never ridden one. also another thank you to your husband for his service.
