One month rotation?

i'm new to Cathe and am used to doing month rotations when i was at the gym. since i'm new i do not have a lot of videos so doing month rotations right now is ideal for me.

this past month i just did strength training 3 xs a week with the Gym Style series, cardio would always be 4 - 5 xs a week.

does anyone do month rotations? if so can they give me an example?

Cathe posts a monthly rotation. It is stickied at the top of this thread. There's also a thread that lists all her monthly rotations.
