... which one's gave you the best results. I love to follow her rotations, but I'm looking for one to help me shed fat and gain muscle definition without bulking up. I want to look lean and toned. I am wondering if I should be doing less cario and more weights. I'm kind of a cardio junkie so I tend to have a difficult time removing it too much, but I did get really good results from P90X when I did it a couple summers ago. I don't have STS, so I will be using Cathe's DVD's prior to STS.
