Hi Cathe - I'm new to your videos. In fact I've only done cardio kicks because I'm an avid kickboxing fan. I absolutely love it. You are the best. Please makae another one!! On another note, I am 49 and not into step routines. I may be in the minority but I'd love an intense floor aerobic workout from you. Do you have any plans for one? Thanks. (I need to try your strength videos next.)
