New rules for weighr lifting for woman

I had this book for a looong time and was never able to "get into it". I'm just not a person who works out well from a book. I'm much happier with videos. That being said there used to be lots of talk about that book and a good number of people followed it and got great results from it! :)
 
Agree with Fit_Mommy, I have it, it all sounds sensible, but I need my videos! But it is supposed to be a great program if you follow it. I think it's a personality thing, for some reason, I keep buying more books to read, skim through them, then they just sit on the shelf.
 
Me too! I bought the book and followed the workout for a bit but got bored with it and gave up. It is a good book though with some great advice.
