I've taken loads of supplements and fat burners and crazy stuff looking for that one thing that will work, and they never do. The only process that has worked for me (and I would love to say otherwise) has been working out.

I'd save your money on this one.

Sounds like just another useless product in a line of many, none of these things ever really work. I believe the psychological effect of taking these types of pills leads some people to clean up their diet and start exercising, but it's not really the pill that causes weight loss.
