Namaste Yoga on Fit Tv.

Just wondering if anyone has done the namaste yoga on fit tv and if you liked it/disliked it/bought the dvd's?

Bought both seasons and love them both. They have definitely become my favorite yoga practices--just wish they were longer.

I recorded a bunch of the Namaste yogas on my DVR and used to do them everyday. I really enjoy some of them for the stretching/relaxing quality however some of the moves are a little more advanced than me so it makes the relaxing part difficult, at least for me. I have not bought any because I still have them recorded so every once in awhile when I am in the need of yoga, Namaste Yoga is what I use.

I've seen it on FitTV but have never tried it since I just can't seem to get past the woman's voice who narrates (or whatever you call it), it urks me. :p

Believe it or not, my husband LOVES these workouts on Fit TV. (And he always told me he could "never' workout with the TV like I do.)But one day he was home and flipping channels and decided to try it. He says he feels really stretched and relaxed afterwards. So they made a believer out of him!

And by the way, does anyone else just love Fit TV as much as I do???? :)

I love FitTV! but when I can catch Namaste Yoga I'll do. The moves are faster, though. I wish they wouldn't have the commercials.

I like a lot of their programming. I feel like I learn something when I watch, you know? And my toddler LOVES Sharon Mann. Must be her energy level or something, but she runs to the TV whenever she hears her voice and shakes with excitement. It's hilarious. I actually have a picture of that one, it's so funny. And now my husband is liking Gilad workouts, too. So I guess we are a Fit TV family, ha ha.

I also love watching Sara Snow and A Lyon In the Kitchen on Sunday afternoons.

My husband also loves to watch Namaste Yoga on FitTv, howevere he doesn't do the workout. He just really "appreciates" the women on the show in their little clothes.

Thanks for all the input! I seem to forget how many fit tv fans there are!! I am also a Gilad fan (just because he's ripped and has a cool manly voice). :D

Whenever I try to watch Fit TV it always seems to have on something annoying. No, MY tv addictions are HGTV and any channel that has true crime shows (like American Justice, Cold Case Files, Forensic Files and City Confidential) or the Law and Order shows (ALL of them... still). And I'm addicted to BURN NOTICE on USA.

OK, I'm laughing about these posts where the husbands like the Namaste Yoga/Shimmy girls. WHY do you think my husband stopped on Fit TV in the first place????? He liked the blonde on Namaste Yoga! HA!! THEN, only after he stopped watching her, he decided to give yoga a try. :)

But if watching the hot girl led to him watching more Fit TV and then led to his discovery of Gilad, so I'll be thankful the hot blonde on Namaste Yoga got him off the couch! Ha!!!

He also thinks Sara Snow is cute, too. :)

You all are so funny.:) Yeah, I thought that show was a little porn but you know I've actually done these workouts and they are pretty good. I do wish that they were a little longer. The queing is good. I hate it when your doing a yoga workout and they don't tell you what they are doing. I didn't even know you could buy the workouts hey thanks for the heads up everyone.

I have found that they have 2 seasons and a separate cd of the just the soundtrack....interesting....I didn't know yoga could have "seasons"...;)
