Hi All -
I have the hardest time finding rotations that will work with the DVD's I have (since I havent quite broke the bank and purchased all of them). SO, I decided to take all teh rotations Cathe had and pull them out as weekly rotations, based on what I have. Then I went and changed some of the picks she made, so I can use different workouts.
Anyway, it's in a word doc, so I thought you guys might find it helpful to help make your own rotations, based on what DVD's you have.
I am not a trainer or instructor or anything, just wanted to make something so I could easily pick out my workouts for a week.
I COULD ONLY POST IT AS A TEXT FILE, BECAUSE THE WORD DOC WAS TOO BIG, SO IF YOU WANT THE WORD DOC, JUST EMAIL ME, AND I CAN SEND IT TO YOU (ITS MUCH EASIER TO READ!)
