My Rotation

Cathe- I am wanting to make a rotation using my treadmill/elliptical, vol 2, vol 3, PH, & MIS. I have created this one. Could you look at & let me know if it looks OK? If you don't have time that is OK too.

Tues: off
Wed: Muscle Endurance
Thurs: Treadmill Intervals 35-45min
Fri: off
Sat: Pyramid Lower Body & Elliptical for 20 min
Sun: Pyramid Upper Body



Mon: Pyramid Lower Body
Tues: Pyramid Upper Body
Wed: Treadmill Intervals 34-45 min
Thurs: off
Fri: Treadmill Intervals 35-45 min
Sat: Pyramid Lower Body
Sun: Pyramid Upper Body & Elliptical for 20 min



Mon: Treadmill Intervals 35-45min
Tues: MIS or PH
Wed: Muscle Endurance
Thurs: off
Friday: Pilates/Yoga
Sat: Elliptical for 30 min
Sun: Muscle Endurance
 
Ann, I know you want Cathe to respond, instead of me, and I sure hope she does.

But, may I make a suggestion? On week 3, it might be a better idea to separate Tues and Wed's workouts so that you aren't working the same body parts on 2 consecutive days. I'd be SORE!:eek: Maybe switch Mon's workout with Tuesday's?
