I've been using your cardio and weight workouts for about 8 years. For the past month I've been doing a Hardcore strength building rotation. This morning I did your High Step Advanced workout for the first time in a while and I was able to keep up with you for the whole workout! (well, ok, maybe I skipped a bicep curl or two ;-) ) I just want to thank you - my perserverance with your workouts has really paid off.
