October 2010-Finally decide to commit to do STS. My lifting for Meso 1 is only 3lb dumbbells and 10 lb bodybar cushioned. December 2010-Meso 2. Up to lifting 6-8 lbs dumbbells and 10lbs on a barbell. February 2011-Meso 3. My latest and greatest. 30 lb barbell, 10 lb dumbbelss. With squat rack, I squated 54 lbs with the 20 lb weighted vest, 30 lb barbells and two pound weighted gloves. Consistent total weight loss is 12 lbs. with the Holidays and winter storms.
