More Resistance band+ Dumbbell/Barbell exercise

Hi Everyone,

I really love the simultaneous use of dumbbell/barbell and resistance band.
The best example I would give is Cathe's High reps

  • One arm row with both dumbbell and resistance band is great and so effective. I love the added massage feeling on my Lats. Lol it's pure bliss.:):)
  • Biceps curl again using dumbbell and band. Oh It does cook really good.:D:D

I really would love to have these exercises for muscular strength program. This would be awesome.
