More AWT both high impact and low impact please :-)

Hi Cathe,

I would love more high impact AWT workouts like Two the Max and Crossfire as they keep my heart rate high and the variety between the sections is good.

Likewise, some more low impact AWT that still keep the heart rate up like Afterburn and the first 1/2 of Athletic Training and the first 1/2 of Cardio Supersets, would be great also.
