Missed a week of Meso 1 :(

I was unable to carve out time to do my STS workouts this week--it was supposed to be week 3 of Mesocycle 1. Do you think I should do all of the workouts this week and then do my recovery week? I would do the following:

Mon: Disc 7 Chest, Shoulders, and Biceps
Tues: Disc 9 Legs
Wed. Disc 8 Back and Triceps
Thurs: light cardio
Fri: Disc 10 Chest, Shoulders, and Biceps
Sat: Disc 12 Legs
Sun: Disc 11 Back and Triceps
Then start recovery week.

Grrr, I don't like when life gets in the way of my workouts!
 
I think your best bet, is to do week 3 this week, and do week 4 next week. Then take a recovery week. I don't believe it was recommended to do that many STS weight workouts in one week.
 
I would suggest just doing 3 workouts per week and just pick up where you left off. You can also trade this rest week for your active recovery week scheduled in week five or just take an extra week off. Unplanned rest breaks are common and not something that will matter in the long run. In fact, many people will get better results over an entire year by taking a few extra breaks rather than working out more. In fitness sometimes less is more.
 
Thanks for the speedy replies! I will do week 3 this upcoming week and then do week 4, and then I will jump right to Mesocycle 2.
