Hi Michele!

I made your black bean chilli last night. DH loved it......maybe because I used Polygamy Porter for the liquid.

Next time I think I'll try 1/2 beer, 1/2 broth 'cause I will be making this one again.

I'm so glad y'all enjoyed the chili!! My DH loves it, too. We devoured an entire pot, just the two of us, in about 3 days.

Oh, and keep the beer recs coming! You can't put too much beer in your chili!

Gayle, I like chicken chili, too. Ina Garten on the Food network has a great recipe for it where you roast the chicken pieces first. It's so easy and really yummy!
