May rotation request!

I have a humble request for a May rotation, if you were in fact planning to post one: I would love to see what a one-body part per day rotation using your tapes would look like. Something like what you yourself might do in a week: lots of additional cardio, maybe a circuit or total body thrown in. I have been eager to try doing one part per day but am not sure how to go about it,

Hi Christine! I am planning on doing monthly rotations but unfortunately will not be able to take requests for them. But I do appreciate you asking and have actually just answered a question on the order of doing one body part per day. Here was the order I suggested:

Mon....Chest
Tues...Back
Wed....Legs
Thurs..Abs/shoulders
Fri....Biceps
Sat....Triceps
Sun....off
