By searching the forums I have found links to places on Cathe's site that list *some* premixes and their times. However, I can't seem to find one for Legs & Glutes. Is there any central location for finding premix and time information. I already own the DVD, but I like to plan my evening workout while at work on lunch break and I can't find the info I need here. Thanks! I'm asking this more generally, not just for L&G, but while I'm asking does anyone know the time on L&G standing only plus the abs from KPC?
