I've branched out to using kettleballs, first with Amy Dixon's Raise Some Bell, and added two Paul Katami and one Brook Benton KB workouts to my DVD collection.
Wow. These workouts have it all--strength, cardio, and very effective in terms of multi-muscle recruitment. Never realized how much I've neglected my wrists/forearms. I love the standing core work using them.
