and I just have to say, Boy is my chest sore
! The only thing I will have to differently next time is raise my step height. I always start at 6" to help me get the steps down. While some confused me at first I feel I caught on pretty quickly so next time I definately want MORE sweat!! What a great workout loved this one!!! I'm going to do Power Circut tonight. I'll let you know how my back feels after that one. Oh my aching chest
