Hi ladies!!
Glad to be back..Getting ready to start my rotation back up today. I am doing Slow & Heavy legs/shoulders today and a segment of ab hits. I got up this morning and took the kids on a little run to build up their endurance. We went about a 1/2 mile and walked a 1/2 mile. Then we did some situps, pushups and a 15 minute yoga DVD..The kids complained but did it..
