Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday July 6th, 2017 at 9:15 am EST we will be doing "Boot Camp Circuit" live. This high intensity Boot Camp style workout will include six rounds of challenging fitness exercises with brief rest in between.

3, 5, 8, 10, 12 & 15 pound dumbbells
