Good Morning Everyone,

Just a small note:

While looking through all the forums, there are some people interested in recording their meals and exercise programs. I'm hear to tell you, this is the place to do it. Give this thread a shot, you might enjoy it.

I'll be doing Slow & Heavy Chest & Back with Abs today. I'll be posting again when that is done. For now, I just ate and catching up with you all.

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Alrighty, I'm back: Here is my workout from Slow & Heavy Chest/Back and Planks.

Eating from yesterday
Shredded Wheat 1 c. 280 cal.
Soy milk c. 70
Boca 1 100
Black beans 1/2 c. 117
Avocado 1/4 76
Carrot 1 20
Lettuce 3 c. 70
Parm. cheese 1T. 40
Banana 1 105
Costco treats 200
Calcium chocolate 1 chewy 20
Peanut butter 1T 100
Grapefruit one 120

Total Calories are 1318.

I should have gone 100 calories less. Oh well, we live and learn and tweak until we get it right.

warm up
chest work
3 slow sets of dumbbell flat bench press 15# in ea. hand 8 reps ea.
3 slow sets of dumbbell flat chest flys 12# in ea. hand 8 reps ea.
3 slow sets of dumbbell incline bench press 15# in ea. hand 8 reps ea.
3 slow sets of dumbbell incline chest flys 12# in ea. hand 8 reps ea/
2 sets slow set of push ups to perform 8 reps ea.
Back work
3 slow sets of two arm dumbbell rows in a table top position 8 reps ea
3 sets slow pullovers 15# 8 reps ea.
3 sets slow dead lifts 30#, 15# in ea. hand 8 reps
lower back
2 sets superman 8 reps ea.
prone, supine, and reverse planks (very hard work)
stretch.

According to my mirror, I'm overweight. I feel disappointed in myself. And felt that it is not fair to have to work so hard and get no results. But for me, In order to get results, I'm finding out I have to use more cardio in my rotations. So, I'll do at least 20-30 min. aerobics tonight. I really can't afford to feel sorry for myself. It is what it is, and that's that. All I can ask of myself, is do you want fat or do you want slim. I choose slim, it's my call.

Tuesdays are busy but was able to get up early this morning and squeeze in KPC and Gym Back, Shoul. and Bi's before the morning rush. My calories were higher today. I felt hungry so I just kept eating lean protein and fruit to fill up with. I was still able to end the day with a 700 calorie deficit.(To lose 1 pound every 5 days I need to have a 700 cal. deficit- at least on paper.)
