This workout is all about working your arms with slower reps and moderate to heavier weight. We’ll start and finish biceps before moving onto triceps
Equipment Needed:
A weighted barbell (for bicep curls and tricep close grip bench press)
A stability ball
My light and medium (pink and green) tension firewalker loop (or any non-fabric fitness loop you have) for kickbacks and press downs
A variety of weighted dumbbells (to challenge biceps and triceps)
A fitness mat
