nice rotation for those who have your new ice videos. what about the rest of us..
Just sub in like workouts. For example: To the Mat could be subbed by Butts & Gutts Floor. Then pick a Shoulder segment from Gym series or any strength workout.

I did ICE Bootcamp with Muscle Meltdown Biceps last night....oooo my biceps are talkin' to me this morning ;)! I had to laugh when Cathe said the part about how we probably thought the weights were too light and teased us about what we lifting during that last super-set! I was dying with 10 pound weights :eek:!
@nckfitheart2009 , I've been slightly modifying this rotation between the "calendar" version and Cathe's blog version. I have to say that the hardest part has been the Muscle Meltdowns (I've only done one Blizzard Blast due to time constraints). It is nice to do some non-"puker" workouts but still work hard (thanks to @desertambrosia for coining the term "puker! :D)!
