Hi. My question is: Would it be alright to do strength training say 3 sets with increasing amounts of weight along with MIS .
The reason I ask is I would like to increase strength of legs beyond high rep endurance. I would do MIS once and heavy strength training maybe twice in a week.
I hope this doesn't sound stupid but, I would like to really get into training heavy for strength as well as for endurance. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Donna.
