In fact, yesterday I came home from work in a horribly foul mood. I proceeded to my workout room, TOTALLY CONQUERED BodyMax and when I came downstairs dripping with sweat...he was shocked at my new attitude. I was literally dancing around the living room smiling ear to ear at my accomplishment.
