I just read 1 month old baby went thru X-Ray machine at LAX

Okay the grandmother didn't understand or read English but what about the security people at LAX? Are they all non-English speaking/reading/understanding as well? I think not. That's just freakin' stupid (IMHO).

I guess it was the security people that identified the outline of a body in the bin. What I'm wondering is why people around her didn't stop her from doing it. There really aren't enough security people to watch everybody but for goodness sake, why didn't SOMEONE stop her!

I'm sorry - English speaking or not - how stupid is this woman? Why would you put the baby on the belt at all? Why would you put the baby down? This woman is just plain dumb. (along with everyone around her, oblivious to what doesn't effect them - jerks). Add this kind of stupidity to the list of "just don't gets!"
