How much cardio a week to lose weight

I try to do about 5-6 cardio workouts a week and i lift weights about 4-5 a week. Still i'm having trouble losing that layer of fat . should i decrease my cardio or weights ? Any suggestions would be appreciated . thanks:7
 
My humble suggestion would be to lessen the cardio a bit, keep everything else the same, and EAT CLEAN.
I've become a firm believer in the statement "you are what you eat". 70-80% of the way you look is determined by what you eat and only 20-30% by exercise.
 
I agree with the previous post that your diet will be the biggest factor in losing fat. However, I find that I have to do cardio 6X/week to loose fat as quickly as I want to. I would suggest that you keep your cardio at 5-6X/week (with 2 of those being intense intervals) and lift heavy 3-4X/week. This is what has always worked for me.
 
Your workout plan looks good, but you truly have to eat clean to see a difference. I can miss workouts but eat clean and I still see results. Good luck.
