Just wondered with all the impact exercise you do how do you protect your joints.Also do you exercise everyday.I have your HIIt dvd and wondred how i can protect my joints more.I also have the drill max dvd and low impact circuit and wondered how i could fit them in the week.Also could you do anything after the HIIT dvd or best not too should you do HIIT on back to back days.help appreciated
